I'm working on adding GH Organizational Rulesets and noticed PR priority label job was missing from this repo.

👍 but I think this should have buy-in from external collaborators too

This is our lab policy:

We require a priority label to help reviewers determine when they should complete the review.
priority:high – review within 1 day
priority:medium – review within 2-3 days
priority:low – review within 1 week
If you do not get a review by a developer within the time frame, feel free to tag them in a comment or message them.

We're going to add a priority:critical.
