Wrap miiDatabaseGetIndex output handling and drop the obsolete swkbdConfigSetStringLenMaxExt call from the Borealis submodule.
Update libs/borealis to EmmmaTech/borealis@2eedf36 (libnx-error-fix branch) so the swkbd length call change lives upstream, and stop scripts/build-in-docker from forcing a 'git submodule update' during each run. The script now keeps whatever submodule refs are checked out instead of resetting them to the committed hashes.

I built this in docker (scripts/build-in-docker) in the devkitpro/devkita64 docker image, to build against the newer libnx to support firmware v21. Two small changes were needed, one in this project, and one in libs/borealis. I forked borealis, made a branch with the fix, and pointed the submodule to that. Export/Import worked great on Firmware 21.
