For improved security and build reproducibility, it is a best practice to pin the Docker base image to its immutable digest (SHA256 hash) in addition to the version tag. This ensures you are always using the exact same image version and protects against tag mutability. You can find the digest for the image and append it like so: ghcr.io/actions/actions-runner:2.330.0@sha256:....
