Updated has_config function to always return true, indicating configuration is available.
Implemented a form for configuring block_tmms_24 settings, including options for showing descriptions.
Added conditional rendering for descriptions and updated button styles.
Updated various strings related to the TMMS-24 emotional intelligence exploration, enhancing clarity and consistency in terminology.
Added options for showing/hiding descriptions and updated title references.
Updated the message for clarity and consistency in the auto-save notification.
Updated image links and adjusted description visibility settings to be hidden by default. Modified autosave timing to trigger after 400 milliseconds of inactivity instead of 2 seconds.

Esta PR actualiza el bloque de Habilidades Socioemocionales a la versión 3.0.2. Los cambios se centran en la estandarización de la terminología (eliminando referencias a "TMMS-24" y "Test"), mejoras en la interfaz de resultados y la adición de opciones de configuración.
