Using Rustup
Run the following in your terminal, then follow the onscreen instructions:
curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh
cargo install --locked trunk
cargo install wasm-bindgen-cli
trunk serve
