I Have Added The New File And Open File To The New And Open Buttons Respectively. Now They Work Fine As like the Menu Strip New And Open Feature Does.
I Have Added The EventHandler To The New And Open Buttons.

I Have Changed The Form1.cs and Form1.Designer.cs Files. In Form1.cs, I have added The Functionality To The New And Open Buttons. And In Form1.Designer.cs I Have Declared the Event Handlers For Those Buttons
