The SetWaveform message seems very useful; the HTTP API already has equivalent functionality in the "Pulse Effect" and "Breathe Effect" endpoints. So, I've pieced together documentation for SetWaveform from the official LIFX Ruby gem and from @magicmonkey's unofficial documentation.
