We announce the release of a new repository designed for outlier detection in sigmoidal signals, specifically tailored for BioMark HD real-time digital PCR (qdPCR) amplification curve data. This pipeline is equipped with a variety of features to facilitate comprehensive analysis and visualization of amplification curves.

The code will output inlier and outlier curves with relative parameters of curve fitting.
