Implemented layout swapping buttons and added bwlTwoMonitorLayout as a new bwlLayout option. Also added buttons into BWLauncher expander for showing and hiding consoles. Note: setting TwoMonitorColumns is not exposed in the UI and must be done through the console using the command: relay all "BWLSession.Settings.TwoMonitorColumns:Set["2"]"
