Add fred version

Hi,
I propose a new experimental version of dns2proxy.
This version use UDP socket to receive/send DNS messages and scapy lib to decode/rewrite packets.
This version is simpler but offer two main features :

• Visual and colored outout to console to understand easly what's append
• Only one configuration file for translation rules based on the regexp concept

two new files : fj-dns2proxy.py & fj-transform.cfg

Interesting.... But it don´t have all features, I will think on this version and modify it.
