Hi Falk,
Thank you for submitting this. A few quick items that need to be looked at before I can merge this:
- This seems to also include a (blank?) project named "SyncActiveDirectory". This needs to be removed.
- I don't think the local nuget.config file is needed.
- I think the multilingual project should be added to the other sln file, not have its own.
- I am aware that the other applications need updating to the latest 2.3 release (2.3.623.2) but if you could update this one as part of the submission then that saves me doing it.
Other than that it looks good at first glance. I'll try and take a better look at it later today, but thank you for the submission!

I've just created a sample with a multi-lingual configuration based on VAF 2.3 template
