This repository contains hands-on materials for the COGNESTIC-2025 workshop. Please note that the repository does not include any data, only notebooks, scripts, PDFs, and other text-based materials. Data files are provided separately and only to workshop attendees.

The hands-on workshop comprises ten modules. We use three different conda environments. The environment used for each module is listed in the table below.

For workshop attendees, all materials, data, and environments will be available and pre-configured on virtual machines, which will be provided for the duration of the workshop.
