On the forum moderation page, show additional information about the user who wrote this post

This data is only shown on the moderation page, but it's generic so we could show it to an admin/moderator in any location that we show a post. thoughts?

Readability enhancement suggestions:

• Remove "Moderator info" line
• "downloaded sounds" -> "downloaded" (there is nothing else to download, unless we're getting in an information issue regarding sound-pack-downloads?)—if "sounds" is required, use "dl sounds" to not add line break
• if possible, make '... ago' compact (y/m/d/h/m/s) and ideally make text lean to fit one line: '1y 11mo old' or '1h 24m old' or '9m old'

However please don't worry about serving my aesthetics over getting this deployed :) I can easily get a userscript to reformat stuff.
