increased acceleration and lowered junction deviation to values like for other 3d printer
decoupled e position setting from x/y planner to avoid artefacts during retracts

v0.6.0 Renamed Tools / Reworked acceleration

Tools renamed to always have "up3d" in front:

up3dtranscode
up3dinfo
up3dload
up3dshell

Acceleration reworked and everything is running very smooth now.
