SmartBuild is a proposed digital platform designed to modernize the construction industry in developing markets. By integrating project management, supply chain logistics, and human resources into a single mobile and web application, SmartBuild aims to reduce delays, minimize material wastage, and streamline labor allocation.
This repository contains the comprehensive business analysis, financial projections, and product roadmap developed for the Entrepreneurship Capstone.
The current construction landscape suffers from three critical inefficiencies:
- Efficiency Gaps: Approx. 35% of project timelines are delayed due to poor labor allocation and manual tracking.
- Material Wastage: Theft and mismanagement of inventory (Cement, Steel) lead to significant cost overruns.
- Communication Silos: severe disconnect between on-site foremen and off-site project managers.
