Added --concat flag enabling concatenation of a mut and corresponding mutga file. This allows for deconvolution of the N7-G positions in the RNA model. Additionally, added ability for RingMapper to calculate RINGs between N1/3 and N7-G sites, as well as RINGs between N7-G sites. Fixed a bug affecting min coverage calculation
