* with the setting turned off (to more secure), no problems were seen with a workflow
* build/push are now done with the github action * will always use the <tla>-workflows name and main branch * auto_remove to prevent old containers from filling up the worker host
* use Prefect Secret instead
* got a coroutine error when attempting to do 'prefect deploy'. adding
this kwarg to the load function was proposed by Prefect to fix this
