  • Lowers amount of Cities spawned to 16 to prevent crashing. (Temporary)
  • Enables Major Economic Nations to spawn.
  • Actually speeds up vehicles
  • Allows each enemy nation to place up to 200 vehicles.
  • Adds "Harvesters".
  • Allows you to place any type of vehicle outside any city.
  • Balances the price of each vehicle.
