This package can be used for post hoc two way alignment of noisy images acquired using back scanning with of a resonant galvo.
It is based on the n2v denoising algorithm.
First n2v and all its dependencies have to be installed.
The noisy2way package can then be installed by first navigating to this
folder using cd in the command line and then executing pip install ..
