Welcome to the NetKnights Cybersecurity Club Website repository! This is the source code for our professional club website, designed to showcase our community-driven approach to cybersecurity education. Hosted on GitHub Pages, this website serves as our digital headquarters for sharing knowledge, resources, and opportunities with current and prospective members.
"Protect the net. Educate the future. Knight the nerds."
Important
We're Not That NetKnights
This website and club are in no way affiliated with NetKnights GmbH, the German IT security company.
We’re just a community-driven, youth-led cybersecurity club hosted at a public library.
If you're looking for professional IT services or solutions, you’re in the wrong castle.
But if you want to learn, tinker, and explore cybersecurity while occasionally yelling at broken scripts — welcome aboard!
The NetKnights Club website serves as:
- A hub for our club activities
Learn about our events, projects, and community initiatives. - A resource library
Find guides, cheat sheets, and learning modules (Coming Soon™). - A showcase of our chaotic creativity
Expect lots of fancy CSS, broken scripts, and “it works on my machine” moments. - Beta Build https://netknightsclub.github.io/NetKnights-Website/
Built with:
- 🌐 HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Simple, static, and stylish. - 🎨 SCSS
For that extra flair (and frustration).
The website has been completely redesigned with a professional focus:
- Professional language - Replaced casual tone with clear, educational messaging
- Complete sections - Added detailed information for all branches and activities
- Clear navigation - Streamlined menu structure and improved user flow
- Meeting information - Added specific times and locations for all branches
- Modern styling - Professional color scheme with consistent branding
- Responsive design - Optimized for all devices from mobile to desktop
- Accessibility features - ARIA labels, semantic HTML, keyboard navigation
- Typography improvements - Better readability and visual hierarchy
- Clean code structure - Removed placeholder comments and organized CSS
- Performance optimization - Streamlined styles and improved loading
- SEO improvements - Better meta tags and semantic markup
- Documentation - Added comprehensive code comments and README updates
Note
