This Code of Conduct establishes the behavioral standards and values that guide our community β both online and offline.

The purpose of this Code of Conduct is to ensure that all members, contributors, and collaborators of the Neureonmindflux Research Lab can participate in an environment that:

We aim to foster a collaborative space where contributions are valued, learning is continuous, and scientific responsibility is a shared commitment.

- Collaborate constructively, focusing on ideas rather than individuals.

- Maintain confidentiality where appropriate and respect boundaries.
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Harassment, bullying, or intimidation in any form.
- Discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, age, or nationality.
- Insults, name-calling, or personal attacks.
- Posting of inappropriate, threatening, or sexually explicit material.
- Plagiarism, data fabrication, or unethical research conduct.
- Abuse of power, including exploitation of students or early-career researchers.
- Deliberate disruption of conversations, projects, or collaborative activities.
This Code of Conduct applies to:
- All GitHub repositories and software projects under the Neureonmindflux Lab organization
- Email correspondence, official documentation, and academic communications
- Events, meetings, workshops, hackathons, or any collaborative space hosted or co-organized by the lab
- All online forums, virtual platforms, or discussion channels managed by the lab
If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to report it promptly and confidentially.

Reports will be handled with care, discretion, and urgency by the labβs core team. Depending on the severity, responses may include:
- A verbal or written warning
- Removal from a project or platform
- Temporary or permanent suspension from lab-related activities
- Notification to institutional or legal authorities when applicable
We commit to protecting whistleblowers and ensuring due process for all parties involved.
