To install download and run "forge-1.8-11.14.4.1563-installer.jar" and install forge. then download Random.Mine.jar and put that in your mods folder.

In windows the mods folder is C:\Users(your username)\AppData\Roaming.minecraft\mods
In linux and i think mac to the folder is /home/(your username)/.minecraft/mods
