Create a new website with this editorial model

It can be used for creating a new Lodel website:

• Browse to Lodel website admin tab
• import editorial model
• choose model-oeb.zip and validate

Upgrade the editorial model of an existing website

The upgrade directory contains php scripts that update editorial model from a version to the next one.
