Reduce resources used at a time

What does this PR do?

For some big data set, the PH5s created have been corrupted at some point unstably. This PR is created to solve the problem by:

• Getting CPU cores and limit the maximum of families (processes at a time)
• Having a dialog to change the number of families.
• Distributing das data, one das to one miniPH5 from miniPH5_001 up to miniPH5_999 before going back to miniPH5_001.
