Summary

Add ARM64 (linux-aarch64) natives
Add Apple Silicon support via macOS universal natives (Intel + arm64)
Drop legacy 32-bit i586 natives
Update JogAmp/JOGL/JOAL libs to 2.6.0

Rationale

Apple Silicon support was previously unmerged; macOS universal natives cover Intel + arm64.
i586 natives were last available as 2.4.0-rc-20210111.

Testing

macOS arm64: ant create_run_jar copy_res and java -Djava.ext.dirs= -jar jmavsim_run.jar
Not tested on Linux/Windows
