修改requirement.txt固定httpx版本为0.24.1以适应固定的gradio版本
修改前端安装文件，固定安装0.9.1版本wasm-pack以适应目前的yarn.lock
修改前端安装文件，适配node>=18版本
修改yarn.lock使用镜像源，加速依赖下载，避免网络错误
