This PR fixes the
set_PA_supply,set_LO_supply, andset_DIV_supplycode inscm3c_hw_interface.c.The PA supply is controlled by ASC[978:972], the LO supply is controlled by ASC[986:980], and the DIV supply is controlled by ASC[1010:1004].
This code has not been tested with existing projects yet. I tested this code with my existing BLE TX project (tryuan99@cf82f44), and I had to set DIV supply = 127, PA supply = 127, and LO supply = 63 for BLE TX to work.
