PowerTunerCLI

Command-line PowerTuner client.

Output is in JSON format, so you can easily script the cli client.

For a GUI desktop client, see PowerTunerClient

For a gamepad first client and couch gaming, see PowerTunerConsole

Usage

To save your daemons, use the command:

$ PowerTunerCLI set add-daemons <daemon-name1> <address1> <port1> ...

You can now use <daemon-name> in place of address;port to specify the daemon to connect to.

Example commands:

$ PowerTunerCLI set add-daemons myDaemon 10.10.1.40 56000
$ PowerTunerCLI get device-info myDaemon

List available settings for each category with the command:

$ PowerTunerCLI help <category>_settings

Custom range limits for settings

Some settings like TDP or GPU clock, use a json database with min/max ranges.

Built-in ranges are safe, not exceeding the default/recommended values for the device.

These range limits will be enforced when you apply settings.

To create your own ranges override, see instructions here.

Your overrides will replace built-in ranges on settings apply.
