- Support compiling for bridgeOS in the first place
- iOS 18 includes enter-rem and enter-rem-dev so include the commands too (though on RELEASE all that does is make launchd print a warning)
- userswitch no longer exist on bridgeOS 10 / tvOS 26 so handle that situation properly and don't crash
