chore: Add validation for events before activating them

Description

This update introduces a validation mechanism to ensure that events meet specific requirements before being marked as verified (is_verified = True). An event must have a valid Location, Schedule, and Banner for verification. Additionally, post_delete signals are implemented for the Location, Schedule, and Banner models to monitor the removal of these components. If any of these required elements are deleted, the corresponding event's is_verified status is automatically set to False, maintaining the integrity of the event's verification status.

Changes:

• Validate event requirements before verification.
• Ensure the event has Location, Schedule, and Banner before setting is_verified.
• Add post_delete signals for Location, Schedule, and Banner models.
• Automatically set is_verified = False if any required component is deleted.
