Summary

integrate SaProtFoldseekMutationModel for predicting mutation effects
document mutation prediction usage in README
expose new model in embeddings package
fix import ordering to satisfy ruff
update SaProt example to load weights by default

pytest -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'neo4j')
