Python performance improvement

Description

• Update pythonnet to 2.0.49, removing Py.AllowThreads call on field and property access
  • Updating result handlers not to access the TotalPortfolioValue and TotalUnrealizedProfit in a separate thread to avoid issue Deadlock in algorithm when using a custom security initializer #7925 . Doing some code duplication cleanup while at it
