Standalone control for BlackFly cameras

In Saffman Lab most of the cameras are BFLY-PGE-12A2M-CS. Specification can be found on https://www.ptgrey.com/support/downloads/10113/

One drawback of the camera is lack of Bulb trigger mode, therefore exposure time control is done by other means.
