This PR:

  • introduces wormhole verify and generate commands that generate and verify wormhole proofs from the live chain state. It first sends a transfer, fetches and prepares the proof and generates the proof. then, user can verify and mint the tokens with verify command
  • updates chain metadata to reflect changes made to proof storage - fetch proofs from wormhole pallet instead of balances, fetch proof metadata from event instead of reading storage, etc.
  • removes referenda commands (apologies for not separating)
