MacOS: ~/Documents/Rave Generation/VA-1000/Presets

1. On Windows presets are installed automatically during installation.
2. The 'Presets' folder will be auto-generated after launching the plugin for the first time.
3. Presets can be downloaded from https://ravegeneration.io and are regularly updated.
