v0.1 released - initial tool and functionality

This tool was created for the RestoredCDC site, which uses a levelDB backend based on an archived web crawl. We needed to create patches to fix web crawl errors and omissions, so this package was born. I would like to note that ChatGPT assisted with some programming tasks; however, all code was reviewed by me prior to commits.
