Setup

• Create a folder named data/ in the top directory.
• Get the CA_statutes.csv.zip from someone.
• Unzip the zip file into the data folder with unzip CA_statutes.csv.zip

Visualization

• Run visualizer.py
• Open index.html in browser
• Visualization uses d3.js
