Improve the feature to compare users by language instead of just the country, so users from different countries that share the same language (eg: US, UK, Australia) are included correctly.

There was a problem hiding this comment.
I would like to try and integrate this with the ScratchTools API so that we aren't adding another third-party API into our site. That could also make it easier to fix any issues that we could have with the API in the future.
