Some of the previous information was wrong or misleading. Now the information is accurate, and there's also a much more clear "What do I do/what do I need to know if I'm making changes to <CLI | skeleton template>" that we (as maintainers, and new people onboarding onto Hydrogen) can use.
In the coming weeks, I would like to overhaul some of the docs/info in this repo (eg: should CONTRIBUTING.md and CLAUDE.md be combined and one is a symlink to the other?), but for now I think it makes sense to improve what we have.
