"InvalidOperationException: Ignored launch because kernel handle is null" this is because taichi_c_api.dll and taichi_unity.dll in Assets/Plugins/X86_64 are incompatible with the AOT modules in Assets/Resources/TaichiModules
- Solution: copy the correct taichi_c_api.dll from your pip-installed taichi to Assets/Plugins/X86_64,then rebuild the AOT modules in Assets/Resources/TaichiModules using same version of taichi
-install meta quest link -connect to PC,then open quest link on VR headset -open unity project, set open-XR plugin(not the oculus plugin!!!) -click “play”, then you can see the scene in VR headset -make sure you have enabled all the settings in the "beta" tab in the meta quest link app
When dynamically creating a mesh and assigning it to a MeshFilter through a script, the mesh may disappear when the MeshFilter moves out of the camera's view. This occurs because Unity's culling system automatically hides objects that are outside the camera's frustum to optimize performance.
To prevent the mesh from disappearing when it moves out of the camera's view, you can manually adjust the mesh's bounding box. By setting a larger or more appropriate bounding box, you ensure that the mesh remains visible even when the MeshFilter is outside the initial view.
_Mesh.bounds = new Bounds(Vector3.zero, Vector3.one * 114514f);
