- Moved all INPROGRESS files to AGENTS_DOCS/TASK_ARCHIVE/23_Experimental_Macro_Prototype/
- Updated ARCHIVE_SUMMARY.md with Archive 23 entry
- Recreated INPROGRESS with next_tasks.md and blocked.md from archived content
- Updated v3.0.0 Progress tracker with experimental macro archival entry
- Marked experimental macro prototyping tasks as complete in TODO files
- All 567 tests pass with zero regressions; 22 new tests (14 wrapper + 8 macro)
- Production-ready ConditionalSpecification wrapper with experimental @specsIf macro
