The first entry in the "Echoes of a Cold War" series of custom mercs for Jagged Alliance 3 is a beloved character from the franchise Call of Duty: Black Ops. Featuring in its many campaigns and media: Frank Woods.
The aim of the mod was to bring high-quality seamless integration with the game. Hopefully this mod will feel like an official crossover.

About custom perk:
Receive Payback at the start of each turn. Upon killing an enemy, move one stack from self to a random ally;
that ally has a chance to become Inspired. Each stack of Payback slightly increases Damage with a slightly higher Chance to hit until the end of the combat.
