Currently the menu will overlap , but since the menu will be removed this will resolve itself.
This updates the background color of the selected tab but not the text color.
This reverts commit c07b33e.

@SiddharthV1, the "connect wallet" button at the top is not necessary, but the display of a connected wallet (and ability to disconnect or switch wallet) is necessary. can you show:
