Ported the `/wikis/PageDown.wiki` file from [Google Code](https://code.google.com/archive/p/pagedown/wikis/PageDown.wiki) to readme.md per StackExchange#91 This could probably still be cleaned up and split into multiple files at some point.

Created a readme.file ported from the old Google Code repo.
The file could probably be split up into multiple wiki pages at some point.
