I changed the introduction to be more in line with the paper. @katiecho45 perhaps you can use this as a starting point for any revisions to the jupyter notebooks. There seems to be redundant text at the bottom discussing chromosomes (LOCO) and model training which is addressed at the beginning, maybe revise so you can use that as a starting point for your notebook.
