Add TypeScript types to data parsers and translator #25

This commit introduces TypeScript types to the data parsing and translation logic to improve type safety and reduce the usage of `any`. - A new `controllers/types.ts` file has been created to define the `Translator` and `Item` interfaces. - The `controllers/dataParsers.ts` file has been refactored to use these interfaces, replacing `any` in function signatures. - The `controllers/translator.ts` file has also been updated to use the `Item` interface.
