(FW counterpart: TeamOpenFIRE/OpenFIRE-Firmware#139)
This is a VERY (read: barely-functioning atm) implementation of more OLED displays support, adding compatibility with SH1106 and SH1107-driven displays (still only for 128x64 resolution, though).
Relies on a separate boards branch atm.
Marking this as draft as there are still some things I'm unsure about atm; for instance, perhaps we should keep I2C and SPI displays separate instead of all lumped in one setting variable. But should we also allow the user to be able to enable both an I2C and SPI display at the same time?
