4 minor fixes with URL files: * On a web error, exponential backoff is used instead of failing. Then we don't get 429 errors. * XML errors are caught. Otherwise I got uncaught exceptions when tumblr sometimes sends invalid XML. * The tumblr API URL is changed to get only photo posts, which saves time and data. * An unused block of duplicated code is removed.
