An in memory test was marked as Ignore due to an issue caused by sqlite. Issue was due to a cast exception when creating a command. Have re-enabled the failing test and created a wrapper for SqliteCommand which seems to fix the issue.
Upgraded to latest System.Data.SQLite.Core as I seemed to have compile issues.
