Android app did not compile properly anymore because of NDK and gradle compatibility issues. By re-creating the platforms using `flutter create` and copying back previously made changes, the project should now be like new again. Android SDK and NDK versions are now fixed in build.gradle.kts, instead of importing the version numbers from local.properties file. This should make local builds and builds in CI more reproducible.
